To serve as the umbrella body for all Hajj and Umrah Tour Operators in Nigeria.

To serve as interface between the Hajj & Umrah operators and the regulatory agencies in Nigeria and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To cooperate with all Government Agencies related to the Hajj & Umrah management to ensure delivery of Pilgrims-focused services by members to the Pilgrims.
