- Current NAHCON Hajj and/or Umrah license.
- Registered corporate office in Nigeria verifiable by site visit.
- Valid IATA agency approval where applicable.
- NAHCON-mandated security deposit maintained.
- No unresolved complaints or regulatory indictments.
- No record of pilgrim abandonment or Saudi immigration violation.
- Acceptance and signature of the AHUON Code of Conduct.
